Join the annual Holiday Party on December 7, 2024 from 5pm - 8pm at the Pachaug Outdoor Club in Griswold, CT to celebrate the season and year! Live music will be provided by The Hopeville General Store! Members and their guests are welcome! 

 

Tickets this year will be $25 per person.  You can purchase tickets here on this webpage or by contacting us to make arrangements for payment in person. Email Friends of Pachaug Forest or text/call Jen at 305-281-5022.

 

Dinner options include a choice of baked chicken, parmesan crusted fish, grilled sirloin tips, or a vegan option of white bean and kale pasta, along with garden salad and mac & cheese, roasted herbed potatoes, and vegetable sides. Appetizers, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks are also included. This is a BYOB event for other beverages you wish to have. 

 

Registrations are due by November 23, 2024.

 

We’re also looking for donations of items for our silent auction.  If you would like to donate anything, please reach out to Friends of Pachaug Forest so we can plan accordingly!

 

Tentative Schedule for Event:

 

 5 pm - 6 pm: Arrive, social hour with light snacks
5 pm - 7:30 pm: Bidding on silent auction is open!
6 pm - 7:30 pm: Enjoy dinner!

7:30 pm: Announcements of silent auction and arrangements made with winners.
5 pm - 9 pm: Music
