About the Event
A fun class for children ages 4-10 with a grown-up. The class will include breathing techniques, poses, games and songs with a nature theme. Erica has taken specialized training in yoga for children. If you have a child who might like to try yoga, experiencing Erica might just start them on a lifelong journey of well being. Class will be held at Chapman Field.
