Holiday Dinner & Celebration

In honor of our upcoming five year anniversary, we are planning an extra special holiday party this year!  We hope you can join us on December 10, 2022 from 5 pm - 10 pm at Tamarack Lodge in Voluntown for a night full of tasty food, good music, silent auction, and fun with ‘Friends’.

In order to thank our members for all of their support over the years, tickets this year will be $20 per person and available to members and their guests.  You can purchase tickets on this webpage or by contacting us to make arrangements for payment in person via email or via phone at 401-595-1832.

Dinner options include chicken parmesan, prime rib, pasta, vegetables, and salads. Vegan options available by request and must be emailed with name and quantity. Non-alcoholic drinks included.  Cash bar available.

We’re also looking for donations of items for our silent auction.  If you would like to donate anything, please reach out to Friends of Pachaug Forest so we can plan accordingly!

Tentative Schedule for Event:

5 pm - 6 pm: Arrive, social hour with light snacks.
6 pm - 8 pm: Bidding on silent auction is open!
6 pm - 8 pm: Enjoy buffet style dinner!
6 pm - 10 pm: Music
8 pm: Silent auction results are announced and arrangements made with winners.
