About the Event
What better way to launch Walktober activities than by greeting the sun from the top of one of our most scenic overlooks? This collaboration with The Last Green Valley leaves from Chapman Field at 5:30 AM and heads up to the summit of Mt. Misery in order to catch that perfect glow of light as it peeps over the horizon. Join TLGV Chief Ranger Bill Reid and FOPF vice president Bob Panko for this memorable excursion.
