Next Stop: Outdoors

Join members of Friends of Pachaug Forest (and maybe some of our friends) to learn about ways to enjoy the  forest safely and with more confidence.

Maybe you’ve wanted to wander outside or thought about heading out, but something held you back?  Interest piqued about a new hobby or want to see what gear others use?  Whatever your experience level, this event is for you!  We’re here to help answer any questions about enjoying the forest to help get you outside more this year.

We will have a panel discussion on a variety of topics including hiking, kayaking, hunting, trail maintenance, fishing, yoga, camping, backpacking, enduro trail, horseback riding, foraging, and more!

Several of our board members will be available to answer any questions you may have.
