July Holistic Campfire

This will be part two of our series designed to help you negotiate these challenging and stressful times. We all have our very own system within that slows the heart and deepens the breathing while creating a feeling of safety. It's a fact that long term stress suppresses this system and replaces it with a dominant alarm system enforcing a feeling of stress inside. Healing can only happen when the vagus nerve is prevailing. We will discuss natural ways to turn off the alarm system and reclaim or call back inner comfort. These days stress seems to be imposing from all sides but we are designed to resist it naturally from within. A guided experience of sending appreciation out to the forest and her inhabitants will conclude the talk. Please join our warm circle where you can be yourself!

Where: CCC Camp -  Enter by Smokey the Bear, proceed to the statue, and go right. Look for our campfire to your right. We may need to move the location to Frog Hollow Horse Camp to accommodate the scouts. If this happens we will notify members by email and on our website.
