Forest Bathing for Fun and Healing (Rescheduled)

Hi I'm Bobbi Cornelius. Some may remember me from my summer holistic campfire talks. This year I want to explore a new way to convey healing information and experience. I have been following the Earthing and Forest Bathing movements and see the many healing benefits our forest offers so generously. I want to create a warm and relaxing experience in our forest where we can learn and practice more soul satisfying communion with nature.

We live and work in artificial environments and forest bathing shows us how to peel back the layers of tension that accompany modern life. There can be a deadening of vitality that revives when we engage with the natural world in an immersive experience. We can join with all that aliveness and pull it in. We can learn new tools that deepen connections with beauty and peace.
